Organizer profile
If you are new to Regulatory Affairs or you just want to know more about the licensing of generics, this is a seminar not to be missed. The introduction of Directive 2004/28 changed the way in which generics are licensed and removed many of the obstacles to the licensing of generics in Europe. This seminar will cover the licensing of generics in detail and look at opportunities for applicants arising from the new legislation. There will also be ample opportunity for discussion with speakers that have first hand experience of the systems.
