Simatek, founded in 1981, takes a special interest in environmental issues. Business has expanded from the early dust removal systems for a limited number of industries, to today's complex and comprehensive filter plants.
The first Vetyfon pulse-jet cleaned filters were manufactured by Jerslev Maskinfabrik in 1970. Immediately the filter concept was highly recognized for its performance, operating efficiency, and reliability, thereby rapidly gaining a strong foothold in the European market.
In 1983 Simatek acquired the production rights for the Vetyfon filters. Based on expanding the filter line and the establishment of a projects and engineering division, Simatek is capable of supplying high-quality filters and systems for almost any dust removal and flue gas cleaning application; - to ...meet or exceed current environmental requirement.
The current worldwide demand for a constant improvement of environmental technologies forms the basis of Simatek's dynamic progress within the field of industrial air filtration as well as cleaning of process and flue gases.
Today the majority of Simatek's products are exported worldwide through a well-established network of agents.
Simatek A/S supplies a wide range of pulse jet bag filters and cartridge filters.
The filter programme is applicable for almost any kind of industrial particle filtration.
Simateks standard filters are applicable for temperatures up to 280C.
The applications range from filters for ordinary dust filtration to flue gas filters for implementation in ab- and adsorption plants.
Stainless sanitary bag filters with Cleaning In Place for use in the food, pharma and chemical industries are also part of the programme. These filters are approved according to the USDA 3A standard.
The filter production based on quality engineering, the latest production machinery, and quality control ensure the highest level of quality.
Simatek offers filters with documented safety against dust explosions. The filters are tested by TÜV Nord (according to VDI 2263-3) and all series Simpulse 3C, Simpact 4T and 4T-R filters have been approved for their pressure-shock resistance.
Simatek A/S has supplied more than 7.000 pulse jet filters including 210 sanitary process filters, more than 50 of which are with Cleaning in Place, 160 flue gas filters/filter plants, more than 50 of which are equipped with sorption systems, 130 industrial plants for central vacuum cleaning and 150 pneumatic conveying systems.
Simatek employs 90 persons including 35 engineers and other technical experts.
