ALQUERMOLD LIQUID FISH MEAL
Preservative of fish meal

PURPOSE
Indicated for the preservation of fresh meal.

DESCRIPTION
ALQUERMOLD LIQUID FISH MEAL is a preservative composed of a mix of cimenol ring, β-hydroxytripropanecarboxilic acid and ethyl 4-hydrobenzoatel. The preservative action of the cimenol ring is strengthened by the presence of other molecules like β-hydroxytripropanecarboxilic acid and ethyl 4-hydrobenzoate.

The action mechanisms of these molecules differ: the cimenol and ethyl 4-hydrobenzoate have a bactericidal action mechanism as they inhibit the bacterial proteic synthesis, while β-hydroxytripropanecarboxilic acid binds the metalic ions that catalyze the oxidation reactions.

Natural extracts of cimenol ring100 gr
Exipient to 1 L

DOSAGE
It is mixed with the fish meal at a doses of 0.5 to 1 litre/ton.
