ALQUERFEED ANTITOXMycotoxin binder in premix powder
PURPOSE
ALQUERFEED ANTITOX is a mycotoxin binder. It can be used for the production of feed for all species and ages to avoid enteritis and mycotoxicosis caused by the ingestion of contaminated feed.
DESCRIPTION
Silicates are chemical compounds that are capable of retaining mycotoxins within their three-dimensional structure, preventing the mycotoxins from being absorbed in the digestive tract. Upon contact with the mycotoxins the silicates form hydrogen bonds with mycotoxins. Mycotoxins thus bonded to the silicates pass through the intestinal tract of the animals without causing lesions in the intestinal walls (enteritis) and without being absorbed (mycotoxicosis). ALQUERFEED ANTITOX is composed of silicates that act as mycotoxin binders. Calcium, aluminium and sodium ions are inserted in the structure of the silicate which increases the silicates capacity to bind mycotoxins as these ions provide the suitable distances between the oxygen molecules to form the hydrogen bonds.
ALQUERFEED ANTITOX does not absorb nutrients such as vitamins, enzymes or proteins or pharmaceuticals in its structure.
COMPOSITION
Complex aluminium-sodium-calcium silicate hydrated 100%.
DOSAGE
Used mixed with feed from 0.5 to 1 kg/ton.

25 kg paper bags.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Not necessary.
